All subscription plan purchases, including primary plans and VIP upgrades, are final and non-refundable. Once a plan is activated, resources are instantly provisioned for your account, and no full or partial refunds can be issued.
Transactions processed via the payment gateway nodes are routed directly from customers to your connected UPI terminals. We do not hold, collect, or store merchant settlement funds. Therefore, any refunds or cancellations of customer payments must be managed directly between the merchant and the end-user.
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your active subscription nodes will be suspended, and no further billing will occur. No prorated refunds are provided for any remaining unused period of active plans.
In rare instances where a payment is debited but a plan activation fails due to gateway technical errors, our support team will manually activate the plan or issue a full refund upon verification of transaction receipts within 5-7 business days.
